A dishwasher safe 8" wide cutting board on the front provides plenty of room for sandwich or salad preparation; it's even treated with an antimicrobial agent for improved sanitation. To keep backup ingredients close at hand, each top drawer can hold one full size 6" deep food pan and three 1/9 food pans up to 6" deep , while each bottom drawer accommodates one 4" deep full size food pan and three 1/9 food pans up to 4" deep (sold separately). Plus, its air screen makes sure your product will stay cold, but not dry out.
