These pans are protected by a 29 1/2" compartment cover. The ingredient rail can fit pans of this size, but will also accept 6 deep pans. The exterior of this refrigerated salad prep table sports a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the interior sides, back, and floor are stainless steel as well.
