The front of this commercial range has a quadrant spring door with a heat resistant, ergonomic chrome oven door handle that'll stay cool to the touch. Enameled interior and is spacious enough to hold a full-size sheet pan - one removable metal oven rack is included. An adjustable snap-action thermostat can be adjusted to reach temperatures from 175°F up to 550°F for versatile baking. Heat is generated from a single high-powered U-shaped burner that outputs 35,000 BTUs. 3/4-inch rear NPT gas connection. Top Shelf has been disassembled for easy removal.
