The exterior and interior of the cabinet and reinforced floor is constructed of stainless steel. Additionally, the cabinet and doors are insulated with non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. Santoprene® E-Z clean gaskets. The heavy duty removable dunnage racks protect cabinet and promote airflow. This cafeteria milk cooler has a forced air refrigeration system that is top mounted and uses environmentally friendly R-450A refrigerant. Air-cooled 1/3 HP compressor.
