Groen Mdl. AH/1-30 Self-Contained Jacketed Steam Kettle. Natural gas fired, 30 gallon capacity, bottom drain, one piece hinged cover 115 volt, single phase controls. Picture shows on our dollies, unit does not have castors. Self contained steam source heated by gas. A closed steam jacket covers the lower 2/3 of the kettle. Heat from gas flames boils water in the jacket to produce steam under pressure. To ignite the flames, Model AH/1 has a continuously burning pilot flame, called the standing pilot. A one piece dome cover is hinged to the kettle. PAID $18,451.00
