The Pitco SFSSH55 Solstice Supreme™ gas fryer is equipped with separate manual gas shut-off valves to enable it to be serviced from the front. Its front, sides, back and tank are made of stainless steel to ensure a long lifespan with intensive use. The solstice burner draws more primary air for improved air gas mixture. The baffle design causes a scrubbing action of the flame, squeezing more heat out.
