The Hoshizaki CRMR48-12 prep table holds 12 sixth size pans that are 4 inches or 6 inches deep, perfect for toppings for sandwiches and salads. A stainless steel lid covers the pans to keep cold air over the products so they stay fresh. Along the length of the cabinet, a 10-inch, polyethylene cutting board can be used to cut up the toppings or as a place to set the sandwich or salad.
