The ultra-smooth polished steel griddle plate conducts and retains heat, reduces recovery times, and promotes energy-efficient operation. A spatula-wide 3-1/4-inch front grease trough and grease chute are located in front of the griddle plate cleaning during and after operation. Grease pours into a large 4-1/2-quart stainless steel drawer for streamlined cleaning at the end of service.
