APW TM-43D UL Drop-In Hot Food Well w/ (1) 4/3 Size Pan Capacity, 120v. The APW Wyott TM-43DUL hot food well is equipped with a 1⁄2-inch NPT drain welded to the bottom of the pan with a removable screen. The pan well accommodates standard-size pans. It is constructed from deep-drawn stainless steel for durability, with aluminized outer housings and fully insulated bottom and sides. A tubular heating element is mounted under the well and secured with an aluminized deflector shield. With its serpentine shape, the element evenly distributes heat to eliminate hot spots. All of the heating assembly is encased by galvanized housing with a 1-inch fiberglass insulation that is fixed to the bottom of the pan with threaded studs. While the APW Wyott TM-43DUL hot food well can be used for wet or dry applications, wet applications offer the best results. 115V/60Hz/1ph. COST: $1,087.00
