NEW IN CRATE. Sierra Range SR-2B-24G-36 commercial range features two burners, a 24-inch-wide griddle, and two ovens. Its burners are equipped with 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates and deflectors that direct waste into the drip pan beneath the range; once debris is collected, the pan can be removed for quick cleanup. A landing ledge at the range's front promotes safety while providing a stable plating area. Operators can modify the burners' heat levels with the durable, orange-paint-injected aluminum knobs, and for long-term resiliency and resistance to rust and corrosion, its front and sides are stainless steel. A 90,000-BTU griddle integrated on the other side of the cooking surface features a 3⁄4-inch-thick polished carbon steel griddle plate, and for uniform heating, a griddle burner is situated every 12 inches across the plate. To protect nearby cooking areas from popping oil, 3-inch splash guards encase the griddle plate's sides and rear.
