The Marsal MB-866 STACKED double pizza deck oven. This oven was only used a few months and in amazing condition. You can see that the stone are in geat shape as well as the oven overall. The ovens have been unstacked from each other and from the base so there are two rows of tile that will need to be replaced. It heats evenly due to its arched, brick-lined ceiling. Each of its 2-inch-thick cooking surfaces measures 44 inches wide by 66 inches deep and accommodates eight 16-inch pizza pies. With bright interior halogen lights, the chambers are clearly visible to help employees place and retrieve product. High-temperature fiberglass insulation is integrated into the unit to preserve energy and prevent unwanted heat loss. Because they're double paneled, the doors stay cool to the touch to minimize injuries. To resist rust and corrosion, its top and sides are made of stainless steel that's durable enough for daily use. The temperature is adjustable from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit using thermostatic controls.
