CLE Restaurant Equipment Sell Off! PART 3

Lot of 3 Industrial Leather & Steel Dining Chairs

Lot of 3 industrial-style dining chairs featuring cognac/tan leather seats and backrests on dark steel tubular frames. The chairs have a distinctive leather lace-up detail on the back of the backrest, giving them a rustic, handcrafted look well-suited for restaurant, bar, or cafe seating. FEATURES: Retail Price: $990 • Set of 3 matching dining chairs • Genuine leather upholstered seats and backrests in cognac/tan brown • Sturdy dark metal tubular steel frame with four legs • Decorative leather lace-up stitching detail on rear of backrest • Industrial/rustic restaurant-grade design CONDITION: Rated 5/10. The chairs show moderate wear consistent with commercial use. Leather on all three seats and backrests displays visible patina, scuffing, discoloration, and some cracking - particularly on the middle and right chairs. The leftmost chair appears to have a slightly cleaner seat cushion, possibly re-covered or less worn. The leather backrests show darkening, wear marks, and aging throughout. Steel frames appear structurally sound with no visible bending or broken welds. All three chairs are standing level and appear fully functional. Overall, the wear gives them an aged, distressed look that may complement certain restaurant aesthetics.
