It has one 65,000 BTU gas burner with electronic ignition and two regular fireplace-size logs for the firebox. The temperature range is 100 degrees F. to 325 degrees F., with an upper limit control switch set at 350 degrees F. for extra safety. It also has a dial thermometer, heavy-duty foot switch, rotisserie advance, and four heavy-duty NSF-approved casters. The convection fan has a 1/4 HP motor with a 10 inch fan blade, and the flue is 4 inch in diameter. The grease drain is a 2 inch pipe with a 2 inch ball valve, and the weight is 1,740 lbs. uncrated. The rotisserie has 12 racks, each 18 x 22 inch, for a total cooking surface of 33 square feet. Optional equipment includes cook and hold, evacuator, competition switch, and other options.
