The drawers sit on 16-gauge stainless steel slides with acetal rollers, accommodating 175-pounds each. This unit's 18.27 cubic feet of interior space makes it easy for employees to craft subs, sandwiches, and salads, while the built-in backsplash simplifies end-of-shift cleaning. 


The exterior top, front, and sides are constructed of stainless steel, while the bottom and back are made of coated steel. The interior is also made of stainless steel, and the unit features an ABS top. Inside the unit, the drawers and cabinet remain well insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane. The drawers' feature a one-piece magnetic gasket that effectively seals the drawers to the structure for additional temperature retention.
