The Sierra Range SRTG-24 is a 24 wide professional griddle with a 1" thick highly polished steel griddle plates, 2 burners, and 60,000 BTU of total heating power. This thermostat griddle also features 4"stainless steel adjustable legs, 5.7" landing edge for increase plate stability, removable grease tray with weep hole, and a 4" wide grease trough for easier cleaning. The rugged stainless steel exterior body is easy to clean and protects the unit from rust and corrosion. What's more, a stainless steel standing pilot for each flute ensures instant ignition.
