Dexter V-LO 9in Scalloped Offset Sandwich Knife V163-9SC. The Dexter V163-9SC-PCP 29323 V-Lo 9in Offset Scalloped Edge Utility Slicer is an excellent addition to any commercial kitchen. When it comes to bread and fibrous meats, most knives just dont cut it. A knife that has a scalloped edge will cut through loaves and roasts with ease. For durability and accuracy, the V-Lo 29323 blade is made of stain-free high carbon steel that has been individually ground and honed. The offset handle allows you to work without having your knuckles touch the cutting board. Dexter's V-Lo line is designed to maximize quality and comfort. As a result, the grip is soft to the touch while providing you with the firmness you need to control the blade. LOT OF 2. 2 X YOUR BID. COST $44.98
