Good news for our out-of-state bidders! We are pleased to offer convenient and reliable shipping services for most items won in this auction. If you require shipping, please indicate this when you receive your invoice. You will be responsible for organizing all shipping & Freight costs, including packaging and insurance, if desired. Our team will work diligently to ensure your items are safely and securely packaged for transit. Palletizing starts at $100, Custom Crating Items depending on the size, is a Greater cost as we have to build the box. We will contact you with details and dimensions once the item is crated. Please note that certain large or fragile items may not be eligible for shipping and would need freight arrangements; please review the individual lot descriptions for any shipping restrictions.
💵 Payment Deadline: All payments are DUE by Monday, June 2nd. To ensure a timely and efficient closing of the auction, we require all winning bidders to submit their payments by the specified deadline. We offer various convenient payment methods. Details regarding accepted payment methods will be provided on your invoice.
Late Contact Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. However, to manage our inventory and scheduling effectively, it is crucial that you communicate your pickup intentions with us promptly. If we do not receive any communication from you by the end of the scheduled pickup day (Tuesday, June 3rd), you will be charged an additional %10 on your total purchase DAILY, until contact is made. Per the Auction factory contract you as a buyer have signed, You have ten days till the item is considered Forfeited. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you anticipate any delays or require alternative arrangements.
🧾 Accessing Your Invoice: 🔥 ONCE THE AUCTION HAS COMPLETELY CONCLUDED (after all lots have closed), your comprehensive invoice will be readily available for you to view on our website. Alternatively, you can directly visit the invoice page at https://www.auctionfactory.com/invoices.php.
🔍 Review Your Invoice Carefully: It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly check your invoice upon its availability. Your invoice will clearly detail all the items you have won, the final prices, the applicable buyer's premium, the total amount due, and crucial pickup or shipping instructions.
📧 Invoice Notification Protocol: While we strive to make the invoice process as seamless as possible, PLEASE NOTE THAT INVOICES WILL NOT BE EMAILED INDIVIDUALLY. It is imperative that you proactively access your invoice using the methods outlined above.
❓ Missing Invoice? Contact Us Promptly: If you believe you have won one or more items and have not received an invoice notification (by the "MY INVOICES" button being updated on the site) by the morning after the auction (no later than 9:00 AM), you must notify us immediately via email. Please clearly state your name and the item(s) you believe you have won.
🚫 No Invoice, No Win: If you do not receive an invoice in your account, it definitively means that you were not the winning bidder for any items in the online auction. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this invoice procedure.
