• We do not make courtesy calls notifiying you have won items. It is your responsiblity to login to your account to view and make payment on invoices.
• Items that are not picked up or with shipping arrangements made are subject to a $5-$10 daily storage fee and are considered forfeited after two business days.
• SHIPPING: Items do not move to the shipping department until the invoice is paid in full & it is your responsiblity to reach out and let us know you are having items shipped. Once items are ready to ship we will contact you with your shipping quote. Shipping is always paid separately from the invoice and over the telephone. Please allow a few days for preparation as shipping is generally done in between in-person pickups.
Not picking up items and paying shipping in a timely manner tremendously slows down the process of setting up new auctions for you.
