• We do not make courtesy calls notifiying you have won items. If you bid on an auction, please login to your account and pay your invoice online unless paying cash at pickup.   

• Items that are not picked up or with shipping arrangements made are subject to a $5-$10 daily storage fee and are considered forfeited after two business days. 

• SHIPPING: Items do not move to the shipping department until the invoice is paid in full & it is your responsiblity to reach out and let us know you are having items shipped.  We do not assume and just move any invoice to the shipping department. Once items are ready to ship we will contact you with your shipping quote. Shipping is always paid separately from the invoice and over the telephone. Please allow a few days for preparation as shipping is generally done in between in-person pickups. 

Not picking up items and paying shipping in a timely manner tremendously slows down the process of setting up new auctions for you.
