• We do not make courtesy calls notifiying you have won items. If you bid on an auction, please login to your account and pay your invoice online unless paying cash at pickup.
• Items must be picked up or shipping/delivery arranged by 5pm EST on Monday, April 21, 2025. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Items that are not picked up or with shipping arrangements made are subject to a $5-$10 daily storage fee and are considered forfeited after two business days.
• SHIPPING: It is your responsiblity to contact us at 216.543.9345 or tabitha@auctionfactory.com to have items shipped. Items do not automatically move to the shipping department. Invoice must be paid in full before items will be prepared for shipping. Once items are ready to ship we will contact you with your shipping quote. Shipping is always paid separately from the invoice and over the telephone. Please allow a few days for preparation as shipping is generally done in between in-person pickups.
Not picking up items and paying shipping in a timely manner tremendously slows down the process of setting up new auctions for you.
